Anne works with clients to design and implement a strategy that best fits their needs. Her previous experience in designing qualified and nonqualified retirement plans at an Am Law 100 firm makes her uniquely competent to handle cases involving complex compensation issues.

She also reviews executive compensation such as RSUs, Stock Options, SARS, Deferred Compensation and the like to make sure they are valued and assigned properly incident to divorce.

We also assist in drafting qualified medical child support orders (QMCSOs) and reviewing healthcare benefits available under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
